Advent Visit to Synagogue and Mosque

During this Advent season we have been challenged to love those people who we see as other then ourselves, those folk we might think of as different from us.  We have been reminded to look for God at work within all of creation and so having sent our Posada on it's journey around Wythenshawe and having celebrated Christmas meal with over 80 guests we are now going to be guests of friends from other expressions of faith.  On Friday 15th we will be guests at the Menorah Synagogue and Saturday the 16th we will be guests at Didsbury Mosque and Islamic centre.  We look forward to learning more about our neighbours so that we, in turn, can serve them better.
